Vane Pack mist eliminators are plates made of metal plates close together and with Z paths. The efficiency of these separators is moderate and they are used to separate liquid droplets with a diameter of more than 15 microns from the gas stream. Vane Pack mist eliminators are made in two types, VV and VH, and are installed in both vertical and horizontal directions. The design of the Vane Pack mist eliminator and the selection of its type and the direction of gas movement are based on parameters such as fluid flow, physical characteristics of the fluid, the amount of expected performance, etc.
